KIAN Coetzer carded the joint-lowest round of the tournament in the final round to win the Blu Label Unlimited Series #5 by four shots at Serengeti Estates on Wednesday.

Coetzer closed with a seven-under-par 65 to finish on nine-under-par 189 and secure his maiden professional title.

Going into the final round in fifth place, one shot behind the leading quartet, Coetzer produced a magnificent display, picking up nine birdies and dropping just two shots.

On the front nine, he started with birdies at the second and third holes before dropping a shot at the fifth. He then went on a run of three consecutive birdies at the sixth, seventh and eighth for an outward 32.

After the turn, he added another three birdies at the 10th, 11th and 12th before making a bogey at the 13th. He responded with another birdie at the 16th to card an inward 33.

Estiaan Conradie and Matthew Bennett finished joint second on five-under-par 193.

Conradie closed with a flawless 65, featuring two eagles at the third and 16th holes and three birdies at the second, eighth and 11th.

Bennett signed for a closing 70.

Haydn Driver finished fourth on three-under-par 195, while amateur Juan Coetzee and Kaiyuree Moodley shared fifth place on two-under-par 196. Moodley was the leading female golfer in the field, while amateur Charlotte Millard finished 27th.

Romano Saincic and Zachary Chegwidden shared seventh place on one-over-par 199, with amateur Hunter Walker securing ninth place on two-over-par 200.

Amateurs Nick Beart and Tyron Groenveld shared 10th place with Luke Truter on three-over-par 201.
