His best round of the tournament came on moving day when he fired a flawless six-under-par 66, featuring an eagle and four birdies. On the front nine, Viljoen picked up his only birdie at the eighth to go out in 34. After the turn, he added birdies at the 10th, 12th and 18th, as well as an eagle at the 15th, for an inward 32 to take a two-shot lead into the final round. Viljoen then closed with a one-over-par 73, carding bogeys at the sixth and 18th and a birdie at the eighth. For his tied-third finish, Viljoen earned 100.8 Road to Mallorca points.
