After the turn, Kibugu dropped a shot at the 11th, but responded with birdies at the 12th, 14th and 18th. He had earlier bogeyed the 17th, signing off with an inward 34. Nsanzuwera, meanwhile, enjoyed a flawless front nine, picking up birdies at the fifth, eighth and ninth holes for an outward 32. He added further birdies at the 10th, 12th and 18th, while making bogeys at the 14th, 15th and 17th for an inward 35. Having opened the tournament with a 65, Nsanzuwera followed it up with a 67 on moving day to remain firmly in contention.
