A final-round one-under-par 71 saw Keegan Shutt move to the top of the leaderboard and win the 2026 Zimbabwe Amateur at Chapman Golf Club in Harare on Sunday.

Shutt secured a five-shot victory over Munesu Chimhini and Vincent Chidambazina. With the win, he also earned a place in the 2027 Zimbabwe Open.

He finished the tournament on six-over-par 294, while Chimhini and Chidambazina both carded 11-over-par 299.

Going into the final round on the back of an impressive third-round 68, the tournament’s lowest score, Shutt birdied the first and fourth holes before dropping shots at the fifth, seventh and ninth.

After the turn, he produced a flawless back nine, adding two more birdies at the 11th and 15th to seal the title and claim the top honours.

Chimhini carded a final-round 74, while Chidambazina signed for a 71 featuring four birdies and three bogeys.

Nathaniel Zidya finished fourth on 14-over-par, followed by Zambia’s Gilbert Chalwe, who was two shots further back on 16-over-par.

Bruce Pritchard finished sixth on 17-over-par, while Miriam Masiya was seventh on 18-over-par. Masiya was once again the leading female player in the field.

Dominic Makumbi finished eighth on 19-over-par. The Zambian duo of Stalian Daka and Denmark Mulambo completed the top 10, finishing tied for ninth on 21-over-par.
